Welcome to the Conyers SDA Church - Hope Food Pantry. This computerized record-keeping system, administered by the Atlanta Community Food Bank, captures information about individuals in need of emergency services. Rest assured that your information will be managed confidentially and securely. Personal information is not disclosed; only statistical data is shared with the Atlanta Community Food Bank. Please ONLY ONE person per household should register. Provide your address and the names and dates of birth for everyone in your household. We are required to keep an accurate count of the number of persons we serve. Remember to register only ONCE. Be sure to include the name of the Proxy who will pick up on your behalf. If their name is not on your profile we will not allow them to pick up for you. To ensure everyone gets food we limit each household to ONE BOX of food each distribution day.
